These terms apply to everyone who uses optimization.pk or buys our services. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them.
1. Our services
We provide SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and related digital marketing services. The exact scope of your package is set out in your proposal or plan. Work outside that scope may cost extra.
2. Plans and pricing
- Services are billed monthly under our published plans or a custom quote.
- Prices are in PKR and may change. We’ll give existing clients at least 30 days’ notice before any price change.
3. Payment terms
- 50% of the monthly fee is paid in advance before work starts, and the remaining 50% at the end of the month.
- Late payments may pause work until the balance is cleared.
- Invoices unpaid for more than 15 days may lead to the service being ended.
4. Refunds and cancellation
- You can cancel your monthly plan with 30 days’ written notice by email or WhatsApp.
- Refunds for unused work are handled case by case.
- Fees for completed work, published content or links already built are non-refundable.
5. No guaranteed rankings
Search engines and AI platforms (Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) control their own algorithms, and these change often. We use proven, white-hat methods, but we can’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic, AI citations, leads or sales, or results within a set timeframe. Any forecasts we share are estimates only.
6. Client responsibilities
To deliver results, you agree to:
- Give us timely access to your website and relevant accounts
- Provide accurate information and approve content and changes within a reasonable time
- Not make major site changes without telling us, as these can affect SEO
- Keep your own backups of your website. We are not responsible for losses caused by hosting, plugins or third-party issues.
Delays caused by missing access or approvals do not extend our obligations or reduce fees.
7. Third-party platforms
Some results depend on platforms outside our control, such as hosting providers, Google Business Profile, directories and publishers. We’re not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, penalties or content removals.
8. Ownership
- After full payment, you own the content, on-page changes and reports we create for your project.
- We keep ownership of our internal tools, processes, templates and methods.
- We may mention you as a client and share anonymised results in our portfolio.
9. Confidentiality
Both sides agree to keep each other’s business information private. This does not apply to information that is already public or that the law requires us to disclose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 1 month before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, revenue or data.
11. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, copy its content without permission, or try to disrupt it. All content on optimization.pk belongs to us unless stated otherwise.
12. Termination
Either side can end the service with notice, as set out in Section 4. We may end the service immediately for non-payment, abusive behaviour, or requests for spammy or illegal practices. On termination, any unpaid fees become due.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using our site or services after an update, you accept the updated terms.
